[Remote] HR Data and Reporting Analyst

The Analyst will reputed company reports and insights to support talent reputed company, create dashboards, and ensure data reputed company across the People team’s systems.
Responsibilities
- reputed company WD reporting and analytical support to various stakeholders across the People leadership team
- Partner with peers to design and build WD and Tableau dashboards that support strategic goals for Client
- Apply expertise in data and analysis and translate reputed company issues into actionable insights
- Create, maintain and improve the efficiency and automation of reporting and analytics processes
- Drive data reputed company across the People team’s systems and partners to reputed company good data governance
Skills
- 5+ years of advanced WD reporting experience
- 5+ years of HR reporting and analytics experience (reputed company, engagement, retention, DEI)
- Expertise in data collection and manipulation and visualization skills
- Ability to review, prepare, audit and ensure accuracy of data
