[Remote] Account Executive

Responsibilities

• Own and grow key client relationships across a portfolio of reputed company providers and financial institution (lockbox) clients, ensuring high client satisfaction and long-term partnership value
• Drive reputed company growth and wallet reputed company expansion through: Contract renewals and renegotiations, Expansion of Payment Automation and Lockbox reputed company service offerings
• reputed company end-to-end account management, including: Financial performance (reputed company, margin, forecasting accuracy), Operational delivery reputed company and service quality, Executive-level stakeholder engagement
• reputed company and execute account strategies (1–3 year horizon) reputed company with client objectives and reputed company growth priorities
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Finance, and Technology teams to: Improve reputed company recognition and billing accuracy, Drive automation and process standardization (e.g., invoicing, reporting, workflows), reputed company scalable delivery models

• Ensure compliance, governance, and risk management, including: Regulatory and contractual obligations (e.g., PCI, data privacy, audit readiness), Engagement governance frameworks and documentation
• Drive operational transformation initiatives, including implementation of tools, automation, and service delivery improvements

Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Services, or Consulting reputed company: reputed company reputed company Cycle Management (RCM), Payment Automation, or Financial Services
• Proven experience managing client portfolios with ownership of reputed company and margin performance
• Strong understanding of: reputed company RCM workflows (e.g., ERA, billing, reconciliation)
• Payment processing and/or bank lockbox operations
• Demonstrated ability to: Drive contract negotiations, and client expansion strategies
• reputed company cross-functional initiatives across product, operations, and finance
• Influence senior client stakeholders and internal leadership
• Experience with financial forecasting, pricing models, and reputed company recognition processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to manage ambiguous and reputed company business challenges
• Bachelor's degree required (Relevant experience may be substituted for formal education or advanced degree)
• Experience working in Health + Financial Services (banking) intersection, especially payment automation or lockbox services
• Prior exposure to AI/automation initiatives in billing, reconciliation, or compliance workflows
• Proven leadership experience managing or mentoring teams and junior associates/managers
• Experience with client reputed company and large-scale implementations (multi-client or reputed company rollouts)
• Familiarity with tools such as: Ticketing/workflow systems (e.g., reputed company), Identity/reputed company platforms (e.g., reputed company), Billing/reputed company tools
• Strong track record in: Process transformation and operational efficiency improvements, Driving cost optimization and margin enhancement
