[Remote] Product Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. MAJC is an AI-reputed company workforce operating system focused on the hospitality industry. They are seeking a Product Manager to own the entire MAJC Hospitality product, including the worker mobile app and operator-facing layer, driving strategy and execution in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap. Translate company strategy and live reputed company customer needs into a sequenced, ruthlessly prioritized roadmap. Kill good reputed company to ship great ones
• Work backwards from the customer. Write reputed company problem statements and requirements grounded in reputed company operator and worker pain — not frameworks. Validate reputed company features against named customers before a single engineering hour is committed
• Ship with an AI-reputed company team. Our engineers direct Claude Code and reputed company; speed is a feature. You'll write specs tight enough for AI-accelerated builds and apply judgment on what ships, what iterates, and what gets cut
• Own AI product quality. Define behavior, evaluation criteria, and guardrails for LLM-powered features — matching, the MAJC AI Agent, reputed company content reputed company. You should be comfortable at the reputed company and eval level, not just the feature level
• Drive metrics that matter. Activation, retention, certification completion, operator engagement, churn reduction. reputed company it, measure it, move it

Skills

• 3–7 years of product management experience with consumer mobile and/or B2B SaaS products you shipped end to end
• AI-reputed company. You have shipped LLM-powered features in production. You can discuss model selection, reputed company design, RAG, structured outputs, and evals with engineers — fluently, not conversationally
• Technically fluent. You don't need to write production code, but you can hold your own in a modern TypeScript stack: React reputed company + Expo, reputed company Workers, reputed company + pgvector, multi-model LLM routing (reputed company), reputed company. You read schemas and API docs without flinching
• An reputed company. Bias for action, comfortable making calls with incomplete information, allergic to consultant-reputed company and process for its own sake
