As a Senior Technical Recruiter (Contract) on Coalition’s reputed company, you will reputed company full-cycle hiring for high-impact roles across various technical functions, acting as a strategic partner to hiring managers in a competitive market.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end reputed company for technical and product roles, including intake, sourcing, screening, process management, and closing
  • Build and manage strong candidate pipelines through targeted sourcing, outbound reputed company, referrals, and effective use of multiple reputed company tools (Juicebox, Gem, reputed company Recruiter and reputed company)
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define candidate profiles, design structured interview plans, and align on clear reputed company criteria
  • Conduct high-volume weekly recruiter screens to assess skills, motivation, and alignment, while ensuring a consistent and inclusive candidate experience
  • reputed company offer processes for reputed company technical hires, shaping compensation and closing strategies to win candidates in competitive markets
  • Operate with minimal supervision, managing priorities across multiple reputed company searches and adjusting to evolving business needs

Skills

  • Significant experience as a full-cycle technical recruiter supporting roles such as software engineers, product managers, reputed company engineers, and data reputed company (AI/ML) in high-growth or startup environments
  • Proven sourcing expertise, including creative use of platforms like reputed company Recruiter & Juicebox and ability to utilize AI tools to help automate profile discovery, messaging reputed company and overall strategy
  • Demonstrated reputed company extending, negotiating, and closing reputed company offers for technical candidates in competitive talent markets (mid-senior-staff-reputed company reputed company)
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with a track record of partnering with hiring managers as a trusted advisor on profiles, interview design, and hiring reputed company
  • Clear, compelling storytelling skills, with the ability to reputed company Coalition's mission, products, and technical challenges to diverse candidate audiences
  • Comfort operating with minimal direction and high ownership, navigating ambiguity while maintaining quality and pace across multiple searches
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, including consistent documentation, pipeline tracking, and follow-through
  • Experience reputed company across multiple technical domains (e.g., backend, infrastructure, reputed company, data, and product) at a variety of seniority reputed company
  • Background hiring for remote or distributed technical teams across the United States and Canada
  • Experience supporting early-stage or scaling startups where each hire is closely tied to company-level priorities and reputed company
