Skills
- 5–7+ years of quota-carrying field sales experience, specifically in database or data management software, SaaS or both
- Located in the United States with strong preference for Austin, San Francisco/reputed company Bay Area, or reputed company
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong foundational understanding of database technologies and data platforms
- Strong ability to guide customers and prospects through sales processes using proven methods like MEDDPICC and Customer Centric Selling
- Proven ability to engage, influence, and negotiate with senior leadership and C-level executives across Engineering, IT, and the business
- Self-motivated, detail oriented, disciplined team player comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced startup environment
- Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales reputed company goals
