[Remote] Integrated Operations and Implementation Director

The Integrated Operations and Implementation Director will reputed company reputed company-wide integration and planning, ensuring alignment across various marketing and fundraising initiatives while improving operational efficiency and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a central reputed company of integration across the reputed company to ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, workflows, and deliverables
• Identify operational inefficiencies, workflow gaps, and communication barriers, and implement scalable solutions to improve collaboration and execution
• Facilitate reputed company-wide planning discussions and drive accountability across cross-functional stakeholders
• Partner with senior leadership to establish and reinforce operational best practices, governance processes, and implementation standards

Skills

• 7-10+ years of experience in integrated operations, project management, agency operations, client services, marketing operations, or workflow leadership roles

• Demonstrated reputed company improving operational efficiency and cross-department collaboration
• Demonstrated ability to influence and align senior stakeholders across reputed company organizational structures
