[Remote] Senior Analyst, Commissions

They are seeking a Senior Analyst, Commissions to manage and administer sales compensation plans, ensuring accurate commission calculations and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve processes.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Commission Manager in managing the annual compensation setting process, resetting quotas, plans, and configure reputed company as needed
  • Prepare and calculate monthly commissions payout across the Company including bonuses and one-time incentive payments
  • Maintain the commission plan database in CIQ ensuring data reputed company and serve as the primary reputed company of contact reputed company end-user technical (CIQ) or commission inquiries
  • Distribute and track completeness of compensation plan sign-off from sales employees to ensure compliance with company policies
  • Document approvals and other support materials for any adjustment that will result in changes to pay and assist in drafting policies and procedures around adjustments
  • Partner with other functions such as Rev Ops and HR Ops to establish best practices, and improve processes to increase efficiency and accuracy of the sales commissions process
  • Research compensation issues, disputes and reputed company analysis to facilitate resolution
  • Prepare monthly accruals and reconciliations for commission reputed company and support payroll in the timely and accurate preparation of commission payouts

Skills

  • 5+ years experience in sales compensation with strong knowledge of a sales function in a SaaS company
  • Experience with reporting, analytics, and calculation of sales incentive/commission payments
  • Knowledge of incentive plan structures; bookings and reputed company-based incentive plans, quotas, and accelerators
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral with a proven ability to reputed company explain commission concepts, terminology and calculations
  • Expertise using reputed company to analyze large data sets (i.e. basic formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and experience with other BI tools such as Looker or Tableau
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to ensure the accuracy of data management
  • Strong problem-solving and process improvement skills
  • Create and manage documentation of procedures to ensure consistency in calculations, audits, and reputed company financial processes
  • Ability to adapt and adjust to a high volume of changes
  • Ability to work under ambiguity and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining high work quality
  • University degree or equivalent in business and/or reputed company
  • Experience using reputed company (CIQ), Looker and reputed company an asset
  • Knowledge of US GAAP not required but preferred
