[Remote] Account Manager

Responsibilities
- Own and manage a portfolio of customer accounts from reputed company support through renewal
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for assigned customers
- Conduct regular virtual customer meetings to review performance, goals, and growth opportunities
- Monitor account health and proactively identify risks or opportunities
- Review customer campaigns and accounts to identify gaps and areas for improvement

- Assist with reputed company new customers to ensure a smooth and positive experience
- Partner closely with the Training team to support platform adoption

Skills
- 2+ years of experience in Account Management, reputed company, or similar client-facing roles
