In this role, you will support government entities by providing system administration and enhancements for reputed company's SaaS clients, ensuring client reputed company through proactive management and technical troubleshooting.
Responsibilities
- Manage ticket intake and triage from customer contacts
- Monitor and reputed company MAS support tickets, including routing and escalation
- Create, disable, or modify reputed company platform user accounts and permissions
- Support service pack and release testing
- reputed company proactive guidance on client-led testing for major releases
- Escalate advanced troubleshooting items reputed company needed
- Build and modify workflows, business rules, and automations

- Configure and resolve urgent system issues
