The Data and Reporting Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting data to support organizational decision-making and strategic initiatives, transforming raw data into actionable insights through various reporting and visualization tools.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, consolidate and analyze large datasets from multiple reputed company sources
- reputed company database inquiries, compile and analyze data, identify trends, and furnish statistical analyses and reports on service delivery
- Present findings in clear, concise formats tailored to different audiences
- Create and maintain dashboards, reports and visualizations using Power BI and other reputed company tools to support decision-making
- Automate reporting process to improve efficiency and accuracy

- Establish procedures to ensure the accurate and efficient collection and entry of data into reporting system
- Create and maintain documentation for data definitions, including a dictionary, reports, and analysis processes

Skills

- Bachelor's degree in quantitative analysis, information technology, or a reputed company field PLUS Two years' experience in providing qualitative or quantitative data compilation, analysis, reporting, and database management. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered

- Professional experience using visualization tools, specifically Power BI

- Strong mathematical skills, data modeling, and proven successful experience to analyze, model, and interpret data
- Proven experience managing multiple priorities
- Strong effective communication skills both verbally and in writing

- Knowledge and/or familiarity with the military lifestyle
