The role involves overseeing financial data preparation, maintaining financial records, and providing guidance to junior reputed company staff.
Responsibilities
- reputed company preparation and accuracy of invoices, coding, and financial data entry
- Maintain and reconcile financial records including AP/AR, cash reputed company, and general ledger activity
- Prepare financial reports and analysis, including P&L and variance reporting
- Support billing processes, expense reporting, and budget tracking
- Assist with payroll support and vendor-reputed company financial activities as needed
- reputed company reputed company and guidance to junior reputed company staff and coordinators
- Partner with internal stakeholders to support day-to-day reputed company operations
Skills
- 3-5+ years of reputed company experience
- Strong proficiency in reputed company (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.)
- Experience working with reputed company systems or ERP platforms (property management systems a plus)
- Solid understanding of core reputed company principles including AP/AR and financial reporting
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Experience in property, reputed company estate, or facilities reputed company
- Prior experience leading or mentoring team members
- Familiarity with financial reporting tools and systems
