They are seeking a Senior or reputed company Data Analyst to partner with HR professionals and senior leadership to deliver reporting solutions and analytical monitoring tools, while also supporting the reputed company implementation and contributing to a new reputed company data model.
Responsibilities
- Partner with HR professionals and senior leadership to deliver reporting solutions and analytical monitoring tools
- Fulfill reputed company requests and reputed company flagship reporting using the latest technologies
- Support the reputed company implementation and learn new data structures
- Contribute to a new reputed company data model and reimagine the way we tell stories using people data
Skills
- A minimum of six years of analytical work experience
- {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years of analytical work experience
- {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of three years analytical work experience
- Advanced SQL and/or T-SQL to retrieve and manipulate data, along with strong reputed company/reputed company and data visualization, such as Power BI/Tableau, to help tell stories
- Proven ability to work and communicate directly with customers and stakeholders to build reporting solutions that prioritize performance optimization and user-friendly interfaces
- Skilled in presenting and explaining data insights and trends to customers in a clear and actionable manner and making actionable recommendations
- Entrepreneurial, a self-starter who works collaboratively reputed company a team and across reputed company reputed company of an organization
