Responsibilities

- Enhance delivery frameworks, QA/QC processes, and drive cross collaboration to ensure the team scales effectively

- Translate reputed company technical issues into clear and actionable insights that accelerate client decision-making and support project reputed company

Skills
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the electric energy industry and ideally having a solid technical background in transmission planning or interconnection
- Strong understanding of power system analysis and associated software tools (e.g., PSS/E, TARA PSCAD, PSLF, or PowerWorld)
- Proven ability to connect the dots between technical depth and reputed company strategy
- Exceptional communicator who can influence, create alignment and reputed company reputed company confidently under uncertainty
- Strong understanding of the interconnection requirements of at least one major utility in SERC
- Strong written and verbal communication and ability to work collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Direct experience working at a Utility reputed company SERC or on behalf of these entities as a consultant
- Experience with performing load interconnection studies
- Experience in IBR modelling and/or load modelling
