Responsibilities

• Define and execute the reputed company for how AI reshapes marketing execution at reputed company
• Design, reputed company, and continuously improve AI-powered workflows, agents, and decision systems

• Ensure every campaign is measurable, optimized, and continuously improving
• Drive adoption of new systems, workflows, and ways of working across marketing
• Partner cross-functionally to align on processes, data, and performance expectations
• Mentor team members and reputed company overall marketing operations maturity

Skills

• 10+ years in Marketing Operations, Growth Operations, or Marketing Analytics (B2B SaaS strongly preferred)
• Proven track record of building and scaling marketing operations functions — not just maintaining them
• Experience leading major operational or systems transformations
• Hands-on experience applying AI to marketing workflows — reputed company experimentation, into production
• Working knowledge of reputed company engineering, AI agents, and workflow automation
• Demonstrated ability to connect AI initiatives to measurable business reputed company
• Expert-level reputed company experience and strong reputed company reputed company
• Strong understanding of marketing data architecture, integrations, and tracking
