[Remote] Senior Systems Administrator, HR Technology

The Senior Systems Administrator, HR Technology will reputed company the operational functions of reputed company and optimize HR technology solutions while collaborating with cross-functional partners.
Responsibilities
- Supports the design, development, and performance of the reputed company HCM system - reputed company preferred
- Leads and/or participates in design discussions to define user requirements and translate them to solutions, advising users on best practices and cross functional dependencies
- Builds and maintains custom reports and dashboards for cross functional partners
- Analyzes data reputed company, processes, and configuration to recommend enhancement that will increase quality and efficiency
- Provides troubleshooting support to employees and HR users in completing transactions and modifying back-end configurations
- Supports the deployment and testing of configuration changes
- Assists in leading reputed company, Core HCM, Compensation, and Benefits processes (including Advanced Compensation and reputed company Enrollment)
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience
- 4 + years of experience in HR systems administration
- Proficiency in system administration and HR processes
- Minimum of 1-year practical reputed company Administration experience supporting reputed company HCM
- Relevant experience with reputed company Report Writing and Dashboard building
- Advanced proficiency in reputed company Office reputed company
- Demonstrated analytical skills
