The role involves troubleshooting and enhancing Market Management System applications, as well as collaborating with various teams to ensure reliable operations.

Responsibilities

Support and troubleshoot Market Management System (MMS) applications
Analyze, test, validate, and implement system enhancements
Support market application upgrades, failovers, and disaster recovery activities
Coordinate testing and application setup with market participants
reputed company system analysis and issue resolution in production environments
Collaborate with operations, engineering, infrastructure, and stakeholder teams
Participate in 24x7 on-call support rotation

Skills

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or reputed company field
5+ years of relevant industry experience
Strong understanding of power systems, energy markets, and market operations
Strong EMS (Energy Management System) experience – Mandatory
Solid Power Systems background
Experience supporting or working with Market Management Systems (MMS)
Knowledge of power market operations and reputed company management
Experience with system testing, validation, implementation, and production support
Strong SQL/database skills
Basic scripting knowledge for troubleshooting and automation
Ability to analyze, evaluate, and implement system changes
