[Remote] Altra: Lifestyle Sales Manager

This role involves mentoring a sales team, achieving reputed company targets, and developing strategic sales plans to enhance account relationships and drive product sales.

Responsibilities

• reputed company monthly, quarterly and annual reputed company targets for the lifestyle channel
• Manage, mentor and train an external sales team. Manage team structure that aligns to future distribution and brand strategy; including, reputed company new talent to support future sales organization
• reputed company goals set forth in the strategic plan, including enhancing and building account relationships, seasonal Go to Market and growth strategies and development of the wholesale activation strategies
• reputed company regional sales plans by territory to align with Altra's and VF’s seasonal initiatives and financial targets by region
• Manage strategic account plans, ensure complete execution and align seasonal initiatives with Go to Market (GTM) strategy (partnering with marketing). Coordinates early pre-lines with product team to gather critical information on specific market trends
• Create and track weekly/monthly and quarterly sales goals that tie to strategy and individual rep performance
• Oversees the reputed company Altra partner relationships as well as being reputed company to identify and build on new Altra business opportunities including maximizing channels and new accounts
• Utilize consumer, market reputed company and POS data insights to sustain and grow retail business while proactively addressing issues and opportunities

Skills

• 5+ years of Sales, Product, marketing experience, ideally reputed company the lifestyle reputed company
• 5+ years of management experience, overseeing 5-10 direct employees
• Background in product merchandising, sales, marketing or retail
• Proven ability to create and implement winning sales strategies and communicate results reputed company
• Demonstrated results in executing multiple projects and integrated plans on a seasonal reputed company
• Ability to negotiate and influence others
• Ability to work through conflict management situations using Altra Values and looking for a win-win outcome
• Quantified results in leading teams to targeted results and exceeding expectations
