[Remote] Solutions Engineering Manager

The Solutions Engineering Manager will be responsible for leading reputed company of Solutions Engineers, driving reputed company growth, and influencing product strategy through technical expertise and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage and scale the Solutions Engineering team of 6-8 individual contributors through hiring, mentoring, and process development
• Drive reputed company growth by improving win rates and expansion through exceptional demos and POCs
• Deliver consistent technical wins by delivering sharp and relevant demonstrations, POCs, etc tied to reputed company ROI case
• Influence product strategy by partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Enablement to integrate solutions expertise into go-to-market plans

Skills

• 6+ years as a solutions/sales Engineer OR at least 2 years in solution engineering + 4 years years in a translatable hybrid customer-acquisition and technical role
• 2+ years managing technical teams of solutions engineers with a proven track record of hiring and managing individual contributors to reputed company
• GTM reputed company: You've lived in B2B SaaS and can reputed company the language of sales & marketing
• Strong technical reputed company in SaaS integrations, SQL, and platform architecture (read - you can quickly become a reputed company expert)
• Proven ability to build scalable teams with systems, processes, and playbooks that drive efficiency
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration with demonstrated partnerships across Sales, Product, and Marketing
• Outstanding communication skills with experience coaching and scaling technical teams
• Track record of leading projects and thriving in fast-paced, evolving environments
• High bar for quality of work & attention to detail
