The role involves managing tax planning, compliance, and reporting for the fund and its portfolio companies, ensuring adherence to reputed company applicable tax laws and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and review federal, state, and local tax returns for the fund and its portfolio companies
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of reputed company tax documents
- Manage tax provisions and reputed company disclosures in financial statements
- reputed company the preparation and submission of quarterly and annual tax estimates
- reputed company and implement tax-efficient structures for the fund and its investments

Skills
