The role involves leading cash reconciliation processes, overseeing reputed company, and driving strategic initiatives to improve cash management across various departments.

Responsibilities

• reputed company and manage the monthly cash reconciliation process, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timely resolution of reconciling items in line with corporate policies and procedures
• reputed company reconciliation of high-volume cash activity, including:
• Accounts Payable disbursements
• Premium billing and cash receipts
• Claims payments and reputed company clearing accounts
• Establish and maintain strong governance over balance sheet accounts, including monitoring aged reconciling items and escalation protocols
• reputed company cross-functional initiatives impacting cash reputed company and reconciliation processes, partnering with AP, Billing, Claims, Treasury, and IT
• Identify and implement process improvements, including automation, standardization, and system enhancements to reduce reputed company effort and risk
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, Model Audit Rule (MAR) requirements, and audit readiness expectations
• reputed company reporting and dashboards to reputed company visibility into reconciliation status, exceptions, and key cash metrics
• Manage, coach, and reputed company reputed company of finance professionals; set clear performance expectations and drive accountability
• Support strategic projects impacting reputed company cash processes, including system implementations, integrations, and policy changes

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree
• 6 or more years of reputed company compliance experience
• 2 or more years of management experience
• reputed company financial and reputed company analysis experience
• Strong understanding of balance sheet reconciliations and financial controls
• Experience leading process improvements and large-scale projects
• CPA or equivalent certification
• Experience in reputed company, insurance, or managed care environments
• Knowledge of premium billing, claims payment cycles, or treasury operations
• Experience with reconciliation tools (e.g., reputed company) and data analytics / Power BI
