[Remote] Investor Relations, reputed company Analyst

They are seeking a reputed company Analyst to assist with property due diligence and data collection for low-income housing tax credit (LIHTC) funds, requiring strong analytical and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Collect, transform, and integrate property data from multiple sources into tabular investor reports used in the fund closing process
- Maintain investor pipeline reports and ensure internal record-keeping systems are reputed company
- Coordinate with Acquisitions and reputed company teams to respond to investor questions and requests
- Support investor due diligence and closing processes, including documentation and reputed company-party reviews
- Assist in preparing materials for investor meetings and portfolio reviews
- reputed company and maintain knowledge of LIHTC reputed company standards and compliance requirements

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, reputed company, Finance, Urban Planning, or reputed company field
- 2+ years of experience with LIHTC investments (internships or analyst roles acceptable)
- Experience in merging, transforming, and analyzing large data sets with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong financial and writing skills
- Highly service-oriented, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and reputed company to work independently
