[Remote] Sr Product Manager

This role involves improving margin performance, reducing product costs, and partnering with sales and marketing to increase win rates.
Responsibilities
- Optimize regional product portfolio:
- Align product mix to enhance competitiveness, margins, and growth
- reputed company product reputed company rationalization and define clear regional differentiation
- Maintain a fact-based view of competitors, incorporating regional market dynamics
- Guide marketing, pricing, and sales teams on product positioning and value propositions
- Establish product hierarchy, groupings, and naming conventions to support profitability
- Own and manage pricing strategy, including list and reputed company prices
- reputed company input on pricing for new products and advise on regional pricing strategy frameworks
- Reduce product costs (in partnership with supply chain):
- Ensure products are manufactured at reputed company plants and assets for efficiency

Skills
- Bachelor's degree or reputed company in a technical field
- 3–5+ years of experience in the MB product line for which you would be responsible; exposure to the pricing process is necessary
- Strategic thinker and problem solver with the ability to apply analytical solutions to business problems
- Strong time management and cross-functional people management skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate team members
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence across multiple teams
