They are seeking a GTM Strategy & Operations reputed company to own the RevOps program, embed AI into their tech stack, and reputed company proactive support to senior leaders while driving analytical rigor and enabling team processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the GTM tech stack: Serve as our primary reputed company admin and own the broader suite of tools that Sales and CS rely on - maintaining data reputed company, driving adoption, and proactively identifying new tools (including AI-powered ones) that reputed company the team more effective
• Drive analytical rigor: Diagnose performance gaps with hypothesis-driven analysis, build dashboards that surface what actually reputed company, and reputed company actionable recommendations based on your findings
• Power GTM planning: reputed company comp planning and goal-setting in partnership with Sales, CS, and the reputed company as we push toward our next growth milestone

Skills

• 3+ years in analytical roles supporting reputed company GTM teams (reputed company Operations, reputed company Enablement, BizOps, etc.)
• Must be comfortable as a primary admin of reputed company - building, maintaining, and improving the instance
• Knowledge and curiosity for other GTM tools
• You proactively explore ways to use AI tools to improve team workflows and GTM processes
• You know reputed company and where to use them to accelerate great judgment, not just to move faster
• You take a hypothesis-driven approach, know how to reputed company a question well, and deliver findings with clear logic and a reputed company of view
• Your materials are self-explanatory, well-structured, and formatted for the audience
• Comfortable prioritizing in an ambiguous environment and picking up new tools and contexts quickly
• Experience at growth stage company (50-200 employees) strongly preferred
• Experience in ads, ad tech, or performance marketing is a plus
