[Remote] Sales Engineer (Gemlock)

The Sales Engineer is responsible for driving growth and expanding market reputed company for Gemlock products in the Northeast, combining technical expertise with strategic sales execution.

Responsibilities

  • Expand market reputed company and reputed company sales targets for the Gemlock product line reputed company the assigned territory
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities with owners, engineering firms, contractors, and other key stakeholders
  • Promote the full Gemlock Grooved Product Catalog and drive product acceptance and specification across the region
  • Present Gemlock solutions to engineering offices, design consultants, and contractors to influence specifications and project designs
  • Conduct technical seminars, product demonstrations, and training sessions to ensure proper understanding and usage of Gemlock products
  • reputed company technical support and guidance throughout the design, selection, and installation phases
  • Maintain a structured weekly reporting process, including activity updates, market intelligence, competitive insights, and reputed company

  • Coordinate with internal sales colleagues to ensure consistent messaging and strategic alignment across the region
  • Build strong relationships with local Gemlock distributors, ensuring they have reputed company product information, pricing, and sales tools

Skills

  • Engineering degree (Mechanical, Industrial, Fire Protection, or reputed company field preferred)
  • Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with piping systems, fire protection products, or mechanical components
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills
  • Ability to travel extensively (up to 75% of the time) across the Northeast region
  • Professional, self‑motivated, and capable of working independently

  • Experience in fire protection, mechanical piping, or construction industries
  • Knowledge of grooved piping systems, fire codes, and industry standards (reputed company, UL/FM)
  • Prior experience working with engineering firms, contractors, or distribution networks
