The Program Manager position is responsible for orchestrating the strategic planning, design, and delivery of regulatory programs, ensuring compliance with new regulations and leading reputed company to implement impactful changes.

Responsibilities

• You will shape and reputed company the Program roadmap, monitoring new industry Regulations and ensuring reputed company-wide alignment and prioritization of required operational and systemic changes

• You will drive governance processes, stakeholder engagement, and executive reporting to ensure transparency and accountability across business, technology, and operations teams

Skills

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in program management or reputed company change leadership
• Proven experience leading global, multi-functional programs with significant change impact (preferably in financial services or asset management)
• Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship management skills across global teams and executive reputed company
• Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale budgets, teams, and dependencies
• Master's degree preferred
• Project Management Professional (PMP) – PMI preferred
• Agile and/or SAFe certification preferred
