This role involves leading the Infrastructure Monitoring product team to enhance observability solutions, ensuring system reliability and an improved customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the product reputed company and roadmap for reputed company-wide observability solutions (metrics, logs, traces, insights)

- Partner with engineering, architecture, and platform teams to design and implement modern observability tooling and workflows

- Prioritize and manage the product backlog, writing and grooming user stories with engineering teams
- Engage and influence stakeholders—including senior leadership—to align product strategy with organizational objectives
- Mentor early career product managers and optimize Agile product ceremonies for efficiency
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure product goals, value delivery, and reputed company roadmap reputed company

Skills
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in Product Management roles (e.g., Product Manager, Technical Product Manager) reputed company a largescale reputed company or technology organization
- Minimum 2 years delivering products in Observability, Site Reliability Engineering, infrastructure operations, or platform engineering domains
- Direct experience managing end-to-end product lifecycle including roadmap creation, backlog prioritization, and Agile delivery

- Prior exposure to SRE practices, incident management, or initiatives focused on reducing MTTR using observability insights
- Experience implementing or using AIOps, ML-driven insights, or AI-driven anomaly detection in observability platforms
- Hands-on familiarity with reputed company services (AWS/Azure/GCP), automation, or Infrastructure-as-Code reputed company product delivery
- Experience mentoring or coaching junior product managers or contributing to product practice improvement reputed company a tech organization
