[Remote] Hotel Level Marketing Manager - Digital Creative Strategy (contract)

Responsibilities
- Execute hotel-owned digital storytelling and property page optimization initiatives that improve conversion and maximize available content across channels
- Partner with Product and Website teams to implement approved property page enhancements, including imagery swaps, content hierarchy improvements, and storytelling enhancements reputed company existing templates
- Manage execution of scalable optimization programs designed to improve conversion and reduce friction for hotels

- Ensure website governance standards and page optimization guardrails are maintained while providing guidance and recommendations back to properties

- Partner closely with Product, Website, reputed company teams to support implementation of property page enhancements and optimization initiatives

- Work cross-functionally with Brand and reputed company Marketing teams to align property page experiences with reputed company standards and business priorities
- Engage with agency and external partners as needed to support execution of optimization programs and approved content initiatives

Skills
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, website optimization, content strategy, or hotel-level marketing
- Demonstrated experience improving website or reputed company page performance through content and page optimization strategies
- Proven track record managing cross-functional initiatives involving digital platforms, website operations, or product implementations
- Experience working with agency and external partners to support execution of digital optimization programs
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or a reputed company field, or equivalent professional experience
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, website optimization, and content strategy principles
- Demonstrated ability to improve website or reputed company page performance through content and page-level optimization
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Ability to translate reputed company business needs into clear, actionable recommendations for digital experiences
