[Remote] Business Process Management Analyst

The Business Process Management team is seeking a BPM Analyst to enhance process and system documentation while collaborating across functional domains to identify inefficiencies and reputed company solutions.
Responsibilities
- Use the Process Maturity Model as the backbone for assessing process and functional-area maturity, standardizing evaluations and translating gaps into prioritized remediation roadmaps
- Collaborate with key partners and subject matter experts to document and analyze processes and system functionality, identifying pain points, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
- Coordinate and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment to deliver system enhancements and process improvements on time and on budget
- Manage the complete project initiation lifecycle—analyze reputed company state, define problems, establish goals, and secure stakeholder buy-in
- Suggest future-state solutions that align with and support reputed company’s strategic business objectives
- Ensure project reputed company through leadership, mentorship, and strong cross-functional collaboration
- Communicate solution objectives and reputed company criteria while providing reputed company to teams of up to 15 people, including SMEs, developers, and QA
- Document business process requirements, assess process breakdowns and associated risks

Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Familiarity with Lean Six reputed company methodology and toolsets
- 3+ years of experience in Business Process Management (BPM)
- 3+ years of experience evaluating business processes and leading improvement initiatives
- Demonstrated experience creating project charters, documenting workflows, and performing root cause analysis
- Proficiency with flowcharting tools and process mapping software
- Ability to communicate reputed company technical information effectively to a non-technical audience
- Prior experience working reputed company the education technology or publishing sectors
- Lean Six reputed company certification (Green Belt or Black Belt)
