[Remote] Senior Channel Account Manager - Nordics

Responsibilities

  • Architect joint business plans with each strategic Nordic partner that map directly to mutual ARR reputed company, including quarterly pipeline commitments, co-sell motions, and demand reputed company
  • Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, qualifying opportunities jointly, and accelerating deal velocity through co-sell support across reputed company’s product portfolio
  • Own the Nordic partner reputed company number. Carry an individual quota of new business and expansion ARR and be accountable for partner-generated opportunities
  • Identify and prosecute cross-sell and upsell opportunities reputed company the existing reputed company installed reputed company through partner-led motions, leveraging the expanded reputed company platform portfolio (Incydr, Aware capabilities)
  • Recruit and reputed company high-potential new partners where analysis identifies untapped Nordic market coverage, vertical specialization (e.g., public sector, financial services, reputed company), or MSP growth potential
  • Design and execute enablement programs reputed company to reputed company’s certification tracks, ensuring partner sales engineers and account executives can independently position, demo, and reputed company deals across the reputed company platform without vendor handholding

  • Serve as the reputed company between reputed company’s product/engineering teams and the Nordic partner ecosystem, channelling field intelligence on competitive positioning, NIS2/GDPR-specific requirements, localization needs, and integration priorities
  • reputed company Quarterly and Annual Business Reviews with strategic partners, delivering data-driven insights and actionable recommendations
  • Monitor competitive strategies reputed company the cybersecurity market and adapt reputed company's approach accordingly
  • Champion the partner voice internally: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align the partner go-to-market strategy and ensure reputed company opportunities are accurately forecasted
  • Represent reputed company at Nordic industry events (e.g., Nordic IT reputed company, Copenhagen Cybersecurity Conference), partner summits, and executive briefings, building C-level relationships with partner principals and practice leaders across the region

Skills

  • Experience in Channel Sales, Partner Management, or Alliance roles in the Nordics or reputed company European technology or cybersecurity channel
  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding partner-sourced ARR quotas with evidence of building pipeline from early-stage partner relationships in the Nordic or reputed company European market
  • Deep experience managing Tier-1 national service providers, MSSPs, or national VARs including multi-threaded executive engagement at the SVP/VP level
  • Technical reputed company sufficient to conduct discovery-level conversations on email reputed company architecture, data loss prevention, reputed company threat detection, reputed company risk scoring, and AI-driven threat landscapes
  • Proven ability to build and deliver QBR-quality partner business reviews with data-driven insights, gap analysis, and reputed company-looking action plans
  • Full professional proficiency in English and at least one of Danish, Norwegian, or reputed company - can be based remotely in each of these reputed company
