This role focuses on managing and growing relationships with small and mid-sized business customers, driving renewals, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and collaboration with internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for assigned SMB customers, ensuring responsiveness and satisfaction
  • Conduct periodic reputed company-ins to understand customer needs and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Build relationships with operational and mid-level stakeholders reputed company customer organizations
  • Act as the customer reputed company internally to ensure timely resolution of issues

Skills
