Responsibilities

• Accountable for overall effectiveness and compliance with established reputed company practices and procedures. Oversees timely completion of reputed company-party statement reconciliations and reputed company resolution of reputed company items
• Works in conjunction with state examiners and reputed company auditors to coordinate audits, prepare work papers, and gather pertinent financial information for annual audit reports
• Analyzes operating results relative to established guidelines and takes appropriate action to improve performance, productivity, and effectiveness
• Works with leadership to complete projects and requests from other business units
• Leadership responsibilities include training and developing direct reports, providing coaching and documenting performance
• Other functions may be assigned

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company or Finance
• 5 years reputed company experience
• 2 years of experience in the insurance industry
• 2 years supervisory experience
