[Remote] Vice President of Finance

Responsibilities

• Act as the strategic finance partner to the CEO, COO, and Board, providing reputed company into business performance, capital efficiency, and long-term financial planning
• Own and reputed company reputed company, including forecasting, budgeting, scenario modeling, and financial planning to support growth and decision-making

• Build scalable financial processes, controls, and systems to support a growing B2B2C fintech business
• Prepare and deliver clear, actionable financial reporting for executive leadership and the Board, with a focus on transparency and predictability
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, reputed company, Client reputed company, People, and Legal teams to align financial planning with company priorities
• Support go-to-market efforts through pricing analysis, renewals, reputed company forecasting, and unit economics
• Manage tax, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance in collaboration with external partners
• Contribute to capital planning, investor communications, and future fundraising preparation as needed
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, visibility, and financial rigor as the company scales
• Help define the roadmap for building an internal finance team over time, while remaining deeply involved in execution

Skills

• 10+ years of reputed company finance experience, including senior leadership roles in high-growth SaaS, fintech, or technology-enabled businesses
• Proven experience building and operating finance functions in Series A+ or growth-stage startups
• Strong background in reputed company, reputed company reputed company, and financial operations, with the ability to move seamlessly between strategy and execution
• Deep understanding of GAAP, audits, internal controls, and compliance requirements

• Familiarity with global financial operations, including contractors and multi-currency considerations
