[Remote] Business Systems Analyst - (Remote - US)

The role involves supporting an reputed company-level data warehouse and translating client requirements into documentation for reputed company of developers and engineers.
Responsibilities
- Translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria using a BDD reputed company
- Facilitate requirements elicitation sessions and reputed company clear follow up steps
- Apply comprehensive analytical techniques to assess business processes, data flows, and system interactions, ensuring thorough and insightful analysis
- Negotiate and recommend business solutions that balance technical feasibility, delivery timelines, and business need
- Ensure alignment between business requirements, platform capabilities, and automation opportunities

- Support QA and development teams in clarifying requirements and resolving ambiguities

Skills
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst including: Experience supporting software systems reputed company on or leveraging reputed company reputed company technologies, Business process analysis or business process re-engineering, Client facing communication, Experience as a cross-functional team member working in an agile development environment (i.e., scrum, kanban, etc.), Leading requirements management, Requirements elicitation and documentation, User story definition, Acceptance criteria determination
- 3+ years experience with Jira (or similar Agile project tracking software, such as AzureDevops)
- Comprehensive understanding of the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), Requirements Management, and Scope Management methodologies
- Must possess excellent analytical, organizational and product management skills
- Must be reputed company to obtain and maintain Public Trust
- Must be a US Citizen due to federal contract requirements
- Bachelor's Degree OR equivalent years of work experience
- Experience coordinating cross-functionally with UI/UX Designers
- Documented experience in reputed company modernization efforts on Azure (preferred) or AWS
- Certified Scrum Master or Certified Scrum Product reputed company
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and/or Scaled Agile reputed company (SAFe)
