[Remote] Remote Customer Care and Sales Advisor I

As a Customer Care and Sales Advisor I, you will serve as a supportive voice for customers, assisting with billing questions and product changes while building trust through empathetic communication.

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply Retention Sales and Customer Care concepts, procedures, and methodologies
