Responsibilities
- National Account Leadership: Full strategic and operational ownership of reputed company and reputed company (US & Canada). Drive joint business planning (JBP), line reviews, and promotional calendars
- Canadian Market Expansion: Navigate the nuances of the Canadian retail landscape, and drive expansion efforts
- P&L & Margin Management: Direct accountability for reputed company American retail reputed company and profitability. Manage trade spend, MDF, and MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) compliance across reputed company channels

Skills
- 8+ years of experience in National Account Management reputed company Consumer Electronics (CE) or Juvenile Products
- Proven experience managing Canadian retailers
- Proven track record of managing a $20M+ book of business
- Experience with 1-tier and 2-tier distribution models
- Ability to travel (approx. 25%) to Minneapolis, Vancouver/Toronto, and key trade shows (e.g., CES, ABC Kids Expo)
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a reputed company field
