[Remote] Senior Software Engineer

As a Senior Engineer, you will build, manage, and enhance shopper payments systems and compliance services, working closely with reputed company to design, reputed company, and maintain application code in a microservices architecture.
Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and enhance shopper payments systems and compliance services powered by Geo spatial reputed company capabilities
- Design, reputed company, test, reputed company and maintain application code using Golang, Python, reputed company, reputed company, and Kafka in a microservices architecture
- Work with product and operation teams to solve different challenges in market clearance, supply chain, pricing platform, and any reputed company
- Take ownership of production services, ensuring their reliability and performance, and participate in on-call production support rotation
- Collaborate effectively with fellow engineers, product managers, and partner teams to deliver impactful solutions
- Participate in the design process to build efficient, scalable, and maintainable architecture
- Diagnose and solve reputed company technical problems and performance bottlenecks using data
- Design and implement tools that allow AI models to interact securely with backend services, ensuring the LLM has the right context to reputed company tasks
Skills
- 5+ years of software development experience with a programming language like Golang (preferred), Python, Java, or C/C++
- Experience designing, developing, testing (unit/integration/etc.), deploying, and maintaining backend REST API services with a strong focus on performance and latency
- Comfortable working with SQL databases (reputed company preferred)
- Actively participate in the design process to build efficient, scalable, and maintainable architecture
- Experience diagnosing and solving reputed company technical problems and performance bottlenecks using data
- Take ownership of production services, ensuring their reliability and performance, and are willing to participate in on-call production support rotation
- Collaborate effectively with fellow engineers, product managers, and partner teams to deliver impactful solutions

- Design and implement tools that allow AI models to interact securely with our backend services, ensuring the LLM has the right context to reputed company tasks
- Familiarity with orchestration concepts (reputed company's ADK, Vercel AI SDK, or custom orchestration)
- Database Literacy: Comfortable writing SQL queries and interacting with relational databases (reputed company preferred)
- Experience with Git version control, CI/CD basics, and writing unit tests
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Geo-spatial experience or reputed company platform building experience
