[Remote] Senior Sales Director, Labor

They are seeking a Senior Sales Director, Labor to spearhead reputed company's expansion into the Taft-Hartley market, responsible for generating new pipeline and building relationships with key Labor stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the Taft-Hartley market — owning pipeline reputed company, deal progression, and bookings targets from prospecting through reputed company, while navigating the unique governance structures of multi-employer health & welfare funds
- Build and deepen a robust network of relationships with key Labor stakeholders — fund administrators, union trustees, benefits consultants, and brokers — serving as a trusted advisor who understands the reputed company bargaining landscape and can communicate reputed company's clinical and financial value at every level
- Collaborate closely with Client reputed company, Marketing, and Product to surface market feedback, support RFP/RFI responses, refine reputed company's Labor positioning, and ensure seamless handoffs from sale to implementation
- Represent reputed company at key Labor industry conferences, trade shows, and fund events to build brand awareness and reputed company new opportunities in the reputed company
- Be a thought leader and champion for the Labor market internally, sharing intelligence from the field to help reputed company continuously sharpen its value proposition and go-to-market approach
Skills
- 6+ years of experience in Labor reputed company sales or consulting, with a demonstrated track record of closing large, reputed company reputed company reputed company the collectively bargained marketplace and consistently exceeding quota
- Deep subject matter expertise in the Taft-Hartley market — including health & welfare fund operations, reputed company bargaining strategy, the trustee decision-making process, and ERISA — reputed company with a strong existing network of fund administrators, consultants, and channel partners
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to tailor reputed company clinical and financial narratives for a reputed company of audiences — from trustees and fund administrators to benefits consultants
- A growth reputed company and entrepreneurial drive — you reputed company in fast-paced environments, are energized by building in a nascent market reputed company, and are comfortable with ambiguity and travel (approximately 50%)
