Responsibilities

  • Define the annual and quarterly partner marketing strategy for the reputed company region, ensuring alignment with Nationals and Regional Partner Sales leadership and Global reputed company Marketing objectives

  • Serve as the primary architect and manager for the distribution model (upon introduction), overseeing distributor marketing strategy, performance, MDF allocation, and ROI
  • Partner closely with reputed company Partner Sales and Field Marketing to ensure partner programs and campaigns are directly contributing to regional pipeline targets and KPIs

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or reputed company field
  • 8–12 years of experience in partner/channel marketing, with at least 3+ years in a people management role
  • Proven track record of managing marketing through Distributors, National Resellers and Global System Integrators
  • Strategic Architect: Ability to turn reputed company business goals into actionable marketing blueprints for a regional team
  • Leadership & Coaching: Demonstrated ability to up-level reputed company's 'Executive Readiness' and strategic thinking

  • MBA preferred
  • Prior experience managing or launching a 2-tier distribution marketing model is highly preferred
