[Remote] Sr. Engineering Manager - Transportation

In this role, you will reputed company engineering, staff support, and QC/QA services for transportation roadway and street projects, while developing and mentoring staff and collaborating with other disciplines.
Responsibilities
- Engineer, support, and reputed company QC/QA for projects reputed company to transportation planning and design

- Collaborate with other disciplines

- Establish and maintain budgets and schedules
- Work in partnership with leadership and other team members throughout the Transportation Group and Company
Skills
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited Civil Engineering program
- 15+ years of transportation experience with diverse project experience
- Licensed Illinois Professional Engineer (PE)
- Experience working on and with IDOT, County, and Local Agency projects
- Proven leadership skills with engineering staff
- Strong team player in a multi-disciplinary environment
- Ability to effectively manage clients and deliver successful projects
- Ability to contribute to several projects simultaneously
- Working experience with reputed company Office and knowledge of MicroStation, CONNECT, and ORD
