[Remote] Senior Client Relationship Executive - National Accounts

They are seeking a Senior Client Relationship Executive to manage and grow relationships with key clients and brokers, driving retention and identifying growth opportunities across their suite of products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of large, reputed company clients, including those with advanced benefit plans, absence management programs, and technology integrations (e.g., APIs, payroll feeds)
  • Build strong, trusted partnerships with clients and brokers to drive long-term growth and retention
  • Meet annual retention, growth, and cross-sell targets
  • Identify and execute opportunities to expand client engagement and product adoption
  • Proactively assess client needs and deliver tailored solutions
  • Serve as the primary liaison across internal teams to ensure alignment and issue resolution
  • reputed company renewal strategy and positioning in partnership with reputed company and sales
  • Partner with internal teams (Client Advocates, Implementation, Benefits Education, Sales) to deliver seamless client experiences
  • Support finalist presentations and communicate reputed company’s value proposition
  • Conduct regular client reputed company (meetings, calls, webinars)
  • reputed company business reviews to assess performance, identify risks, and recommend solutions
  • Stay informed on market trends and advise clients accordingly
  • Manage client activity in reputed company

  • Travel 50–60% reputed company your assigned region

Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in group employee benefits; including absence management; with dental highly preferred
  • Demonstrated experience managing large, reputed company client relationships (2,000-5,000+ lives)
  • Insurance license (or ability to obtain)
  • Bachelor's degree
  • CLMS designation preferred
