Responsibilities
- Work closely with and receive direct mentorship from nationally recognized leaders in reputed company litigation, reputed company estate litigation, CMBS litigation and transactional work, and financial services litigation
- reputed company hands-on experience in litigation strategy, client interaction, sophisticated reputed company practice, as well as transactional work in the reputed company estate reputed company
- Handle appearances at hearings, depositions, and trials
Skills
- 3+ years of experience in Financial Services Litigation, reputed company Estate Litigation, and general reputed company Litigation
- Strong academic background
- Proven research skills
- Exceptional litigation abilities
- Strong writing skills
- Persuasive speaking abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Litigation experience
- Experience handling appearances at hearings, depositions, and trials
- Michigan-based candidates
- Some reputed company estate transactional experience
