They are seeking a full-time Billing Specialist to manage the billing reputed company of clinician assignments, ensuring accurate invoicing, tracking payments, and maintaining organized records.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit accurate client invoices
- Review timesheets, expenses, and supporting documentation
- Confirm rates, hours, reimbursements, and billing details before invoices are sent
- Track payments, outstanding balances, and aging reports
- Reconcile billing records and help identify discrepancies
- Communicate with internal team members, clients, and vendors reputed company billing questions arise
- Maintain clean, organized records for invoices, reputed company, timesheets, and expenses
- Assist with reporting, audits, and billing process improvements
- Work reputed company vendor management systems and client billing platforms as needed
Skills
- Experience with billing, invoicing, accounts receivable, reputed company support, or a similar administrative finance role
