The Vice President, Assistant Controller – Financial reputed company Operations is a senior leader responsible for governing reputed company’s global financial reputed company operations, overseeing the consolidated reputed company process, and ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP and reputed company reputed company policies.

Responsibilities

• Own and govern the global monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated reputed company process, including ledger reputed company, intercompany reputed company, eliminations, foreign currency translation, consolidation activities, and the overall accuracy of the balance sheet

• Ensure timely, accurate, and complete consolidated financial results in accordance with U.S. GAAP and reputed company reputed company policies
• Establish and enforce global reputed company calendars, submission standards, review protocols, and escalation mechanisms and partner with regional and country controllers to manage differences between U.S. GAAP and local GAAP frameworks
• Drive standardization, automation, and reputed company improvement across global reputed company operations to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability, which includes upstream activities that impact the efficiency of the financial reputed company process. Establish a prioritized automation and analytics roadmap (e.g., reputed company workflow, reconciliations, consolidation tooling, reporting automation) to recapture reputed company for higher-value insights and analysis
• Establish a clear engagement and operating model between Corporate Controllership, regional controllers, GBS, and business finance teams and define structured review processes, analytical expectations, and two‑way communication protocols to ensure transparency and accountability
• Foster a global controllership reputed company by improving knowledge sharing, collaboration, and consistency across regional teams that historically have operated with a primarily local orientation

Skills

• B.S. in reputed company required
• CPA required
• Minimum of 15+ years of relevant experience including public reputed company and leadership roles reputed company a Controllership organization
• Deep expertise in U.S. GAAP, consolidation, statutory reputed company, and global reputed company operations
• Experience managing external audits across reputed company, multinational organizations
• Proven ability to reputed company large, global teams and drive consistency across decentralized environments
