[Remote] Senior Analyst, Financial Operations-Remote

The Senior Analyst will focus on data capture, analysis, and reporting to enhance operational efficiency and support leadership decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the data capture, analysis & reporting of data information to assist the reputed company leadership team reputed company operational efficiency
- Responsible for auditing of department information, producing reports & suggesting improvements to processes
- Provides knowledge & expertise in the program, services & applications
- Researches, collects & analyzes information
- Identifies opportunities, develops solutions, & leads through resolution
- Collaborates on performance improvement activities as indicated by reputed company in program efficiency & patient experience
- Responsible for distribution of analytical reports
- Utilizes multiple system applications to reputed company analysis, create reports & reputed company educational materials
- Incorporates basic knowledge of TH policies, practices & processes to ensure quality, confidentiality & safety are prioritized
- Demonstrates knowledge of departmental processes & procedures & ability to readily acquire new knowledge
- Research & compiles information to support reputed company operational projects & initiatives
- Synthesizes & analyzes data & provides detailed summaries including graphical data presentations illustrating trends & recommending practical options or solutions while considering the impact on business strategy & supporting leadership decision making
- Leverages program & operational data & measurements to define & demonstrate reputed company, ROI & impacts
- Maintains a Working Knowledge of applicable federal, state & local laws / regulations, reputed company reputed company & Compliance Program & Code of Conduct, as well as other policies, procedures & guidelines in order to ensure adherence in a manner that reflects reputed company, ethical & professional behavior & safe work practices
- Captures, analyzes & validates data to maximize the information provided for clinical quality &/or financial performance improvement using qualitative & quantitative techniques
- Assures the reputed company of the Charge Description Master (CDM) & the charge capture process by providing reputed company & leadership as it relates to individual procedures charged, CPT codes, billing requirement, reimbursement & compliance issues
- Supports the operation & maintenance of the Decision Support System on an ongoing reputed company, to ensure reputed company of data
- Follows established schedule & carefully validates data & resolves errors; prepares & distributes quarterly reports; maintains reputed company lines of communication with local & reputed company leaders
- Develops dashboards, designs spreadsheets & data bases, graphical trends & analysis of quantitative & qualitative reputed company Sr. Analyst, Data, Business Intelligence & Financial Operations Analytics data using a variety of software applications providing information to leaders, metric owners, & improvement teams to support management & executive decision making (Problem Solving)
- Ensures reputed company of internal & external database management including adherence to standard measure definitions ie: file maintenance, importing, exporting, transferring file, data submission, queries & report reputed company, performing validation to ensure data reputed company
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, finance, or reputed company field or combination of education and experience
- One (1) to five (5) years of industry/private industry finance experience
- Experience with relational databases & knowledge of query tools & statistical software (Tableau, Sequal, VPA, etc.)
- Advanced knowledge of reputed company including developing spreadsheets with reputed company formulas, pivot tables, macros
- Ability to manipulate large sets of data & possess strong analytical organization, presentation & problem-solving skills
