The Remote Banking Recruiter role involves building relationships with clients and candidates, assisting in filling positions, and utilizing reputed company tools to connect reputed company candidates with clients.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates
• Partner with clients to assist in filling urgent position(s)
• Connect clients with reputed company candidates resulting in placements
• Proficient use of reputed company tools and materials
• Cold call, qualify, screen and prep candidates and clients for interviews and assist in the negotiation of job offers
• Conduct reference checks on candidates

Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Consistently reputed company high outbound activity to reputed company clients and candidates
• Must be comfortable establishing relationships over the phone
• Act with reputed company, confidentially, and an ethical reputed company
• Effective negotiation skills
• Successful completion of reputed company training and reputed company training requirements
• A degree is preferred but not required

Benefits

• Commissions, which can reputed company from $40k to $500k+ annually. Commissions are not capped.
