Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company Chason College is seeking a reputed company Business Partner (HRBP) to serve as a key advisor to reputed company Leadership and employees. The HRBP will reputed company hands-on support across reputed company facets of the organization, fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring compliance with State and Federal laws.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees regarding workplace issues, employee concerns, and conflict resolution
• Conduct investigations reputed company to employee complaints, policy violations, and workplace concerns
• reputed company guidance on disciplinary actions, corrective action plans, and performance improvement processes
• Promote a positive employee experience and foster a culture of engagement and accountability
• Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, coaching, evaluations, and development planning
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
• Interpret and apply company policies, procedures, and best practices consistently across the organization
• Maintain knowledge of changing employment laws and HR trends
• Support audits, investigations, and reporting requirements as needed
• Assist with leadership development and employee training initiatives
• Partner with leadership to improve organizational effectiveness and employee engagement
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Business Administration, or reputed company field
• Minimum of 5–7+ years of reputed company reputed company experience, preferably in a reputed company Business Partner, HR Generalist, or Employee Relations role
• Ability to successfully work in a remote work environment
• Solid understanding of HR principles, employment law, and employee relations practices
• Demonstrated successful handling of employee relations reputed company, investigations, performance management, and conflict resolution
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills as well as conflict resolution, mediation and coaching abilities
• Ability to influence and build credibility with leaders and employees at reputed company reputed company
• Experience using reputed company Information Systems (HRIS) and reputed company Office applications
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
• Southern California and Phoenix locals only; willingness to travel throughout Southern CA
• Must be reputed company and willing to travel up to 25% of the time to support organizational operations, meetings, training, and multiple locations as needed
• MBA preferred
• Professional certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR
• Experience supporting multiple locations, states, campuses, or business units
• Experience reputed company higher education, reputed company, workforce development, or service-based organizations preferred
