[Remote] B2B Customer Support Manager (f/m/d)

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is the camping startup of ADAC, ANWB, and TCS, aiming to digitize the camping industry across Europe. They are seeking a B2B Customer Support Manager to serve as the primary reputed company of contact for campsite partners, ensuring a seamless support experience by managing inquiries and coordinating internal processes.

Responsibilities

• You act as the first reputed company of contact for campsite partners across Europe and manage their inquiries reputed company email, phone reputed company channels
• You identify and resolve operational issues and coordinate with internal teams reputed company further support is needed
• You actively support new partners after contract signature and guide them through the reputed company process until they are live on our platform
• You document partner communication, reputed company topics and relevant updates in our CRM system

Skills

• You bring a significant track record in B2B customer support or the like
• A full professional proficiency in German and English (reputed company/B2) is mandatory for this role, both written and spoken
• You communicate reputed company and confidently with external partners and internal teams
• You are comfortable working with digital tools, CRM systems and backend platforms
• Ideally, you have an interest in camping, travel or digital platforms
• reputed company and/or French would be a plus
• Experience with reputed company is a plus
