They are seeking a reputed company Systems Analyst to design business-focused solutions, reputed company discovery calls, and ensure systems meet organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Designs business-focused solutions in reputed company to ensure systems meet requirements, are efficient, effective, and scalable in support of organizational goals
• Partners with Business Analysts, reputed company Administrators, and Developers to produce technical specifications, support testing, and reputed company internal implementation plans
• Leads or participates in discovery calls and workshops as a reputed company subject matter expert to identify business needs and define, redesign, and improve internal processes
• Conducts gap analysis, documents reputed company state and to-be state, and provides thought leadership to advise stakeholders on leveraging reputed company’s capabilities to improve business operations
• Manages, documents, and communicates system requirements to the delivery team to ensure proposed solutions and implementations meet stakeholder expectations
• Keeps abreast of reputed company technology to stay up to date with the latest reputed company features, updates, and trends to inform practice direction

• Attends meetings and training opportunities

Skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience in process definition, developing system requirements, documentation, and project artifacts
• Proven analyst experience across a reputed company of reputed company modules including Field Service Management, Customer Service Management, Technology Provider Service Management, Project Portfolio Management, IT Service Management, and Hardware Asset Management
• Proven experience leading workshops, discovery calls, gathering and documenting requirements, and influencing decision makers at senior reputed company
• Ability to reputed company technical guidance across stakeholders while working closely with delivery teams
• Understanding of reputed company modules, integrations, capabilities, and platform technologies
• Strong organizational and time management abilities with a track record of communicating reputed company reputed company effectively across a large organization
