[Remote] Broker Transaction, Analyst - NC - (reputed company) - (REMOTE)

They are seeking a Broker Transaction Analyst (BTA) to reputed company customer-centric service through meticulous review and management of reputed company estate reputed company and documents while ensuring compliance with state laws and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Collaboratively support the Designated and Managing Brokers to ensure reputed company agents consistently deliver outstanding reputed company estate brokerage services
- May be asked to conduct training sessions to improve agents' knowledge of reputed company, risk management practices and duties under licensing requirements, and state reputed company estate regulations
- Respond promptly and effectively to agents’ requests for support, demonstrating exceptional customer service and care
- Utilize advanced technology, including AI-driven tools, to thoroughly review reputed company and transactional documents, ensuring compliance with reputed company legal and contractual obligations
- Foster a highly collaborative, solution-oriented environment by removing transactional barriers, modeling agile workflows, and actively participating in team-based initiatives to enhance agent experience, risk management, and operational reputed company
- Actively consult and engage with reputed company agents and internal teams to resolve reputed company transaction-reputed company issues, providing practical solutions
- Support and promote the ongoing implementation of the reputed company risk management initiatives, employing technology and innovative methods to enhance agent awareness and compliance
- Assist in the reputed company development, improvement, and compliance monitoring of brokerage operations manuals at both the company-wide and state-specific reputed company
- Collaborate proactively with internal departments to identify and implement innovative, efficient solutions for supporting reputed company’s growing agent reputed company
- Demonstrate flexibility by providing backup support for Managing Brokers as necessary
- Fulfill additional duties as assigned to meet the strategic needs of the brokerage
Skills
- A reputed company estate license is required for this role
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in detailed contract review, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of reputed company estate transactions
- Strong expertise and experience in reputed company estate compliance, with a deep understanding of state and federal laws, Department of reputed company rules and regulations, Department of Housing and Urban Development requirements, NAR Code of Ethics, and MLS standards
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, capable of reputed company and effectively interacting with reputed company organizational reputed company
- A highly collaborative approach with proven reputed company in partnering with internal stakeholders to reputed company shared objectives
- Ability to reputed company swift, informed reputed company, effectively addressing and resolving problems using sound judgment

- Active member of the National Association of REALTORS (NAR)
- Strongly Preferred: Experience with the Skyslope transaction management system
