[Remote] Director National Account Services

The Director of National Account Services is responsible for overseeing retention and reputed company growth activities, managing contract renewals, and developing reputed company of account managers to protect existing clients and foster growth.
Responsibilities
- Develops and executes a proactive strategic plan for existing clients
- Develops, trains and coaches Account Managers against established goals and objectives
- Translates strategy into action steps
- Collaborates with sales management to effectively present organization in market and further generate reputed company
- Cultivates relationships with key groups and brokers
- Identifies best practices and works with appropriate leadership to remove obstacles to ensure that teams are fully functioning and reputed company building goals and objectives are being met
- Partners with the Sales Directors in the acquisition and implementation of new business
- Develops annual department budgets, monitors variances and takes corrective actions as appropriate
- Oversees reputed company updates to assure maintenance of comprehensive and accurate data

Skills
- 12+ years of reputed company experience w/bachelor's degree, including 3+ years management
- 5 years of experience in the employee benefits industry is required

- Ability to negotiate with brokers and top level clients
